North West Flight Simulator Group
Formed in 2014, the North West Flight Simulator Group currently has over 100 members from across the Greater Manchester area, West Yorkshire, Cumbria and Staffordshire.
Our monthly meetings are currently held at the Heald Green Village Hall (www.healdgreenvillagehall.co.uk), located close to Manchester Airport with excellent views of the aircraft both on approach and climbing out.
The group has a real depth of knowledge about all aspects of the flight simulation world. It offers a friendly and inclusive environment where members can both learn and share information regardless of experience.
Members also bring along their systems (laptops, desktops full cockpit set-ups and we even have a a couple of Xbox's) where you can see a good cross section of Legacy Simulators like FS2004, FSX, FSX Steam, Prepar-3D 4-6 , X-Plane , DCS Simulators and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 & 2024, both of which now are available on the X-box, and a few members attend the meetings with them as well as PC's and Laptops.
